Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences,
Latvia, and Klaipeda University in Lithuania, in cooperation with other
consortium partners is proud to announce the launch of new joint master's
programme in International Tourism Events Management (ITEM).
ITEM is the first
master's programme leading to a joint degree in tourism in Baltics delivered in
English and preparing international tourism events managers by applying
innovative study methods and ICT technologies. Some characteristics of the new programme
include: integrated mobility and international dimension, close cooperation
with industry, interdisciplinary approach and application of ICT. Study
programme will admit its first students in September 2014.
The application for EU students has been
extended until August 22, so we still invite motivated applicants to come and
get valuable experience and education. Study schedule is arranged in such a way
that it is possible to combine studies with work. To find out more, see here:
